Slow Flow
A mindful and meditative practice that combines fluid movements with deep, intentional breathing. This gentle style of yoga allows you to move at a slower pace, encouraging awareness of your body and breath as you flow through poses. For all levels - promotes flexibility and strength, offering a peaceful space to unwind and reconnect.
Vinyasa
Uplifting and energising classes with sequences guided by our breath. We will warm up the muscles and flush the body with fresh flow.
Open to levels who have experience in the asana/poses.
Yin Yoga
Yin yoga targets deep connective tissues such as fascia, ligaments, joints and bones. It aims to release blockages and enhance the flow of the energy of the meridians that run through our body. This practice is rooted in ancient Chinese philosophies, which suggest that “QI”, or life energy, flows through our bodies along specific pathways. In holding poses for extended periods, it allows you to work into the deeper layers of muscle and fascia, and even fat tissue. This practice increases circulation and nourishes these tissues by encouraging greater flow of fluid and energy, promoting overall healing and mobility. It also can help create a sense of openness and restoration in the body.
